A. Good In Bed by Jennifer Weiner
I identified with much of it, and I think you will too. Already read her second book "In Her Shoes" which just got released as a movie (that I haven't seen yet), and currently reading her newest book "Little Earthquakes".

B. I recommend Amelie because it is so beautifully filmed, lovely to see, and thoroughly enjoyable despite the subtitles. (And also where much of the inspiration for Gnomad came from.

C. I recommend Monkey Business by the Black Eyed Peas because it gets more and more fun with every listen.

D. If you could choose to change just ONE thing about yourself, what would it be?

1. The March (or anything by E.L. Doctorow) because it is full of people we can love and live with and it explores the special place where Americans re-invent the world.

2. The Duellist... because it is the most amazing film about the life of a man of honor.

3. Pink Moon by Nick Drake... because never before or since have I found an album which heals me when I am totally broken.

4. When will I be loved?

Thank you Memsahib?

1. the book i like is Tigana by Guy Gavriel Kay because it is about the battle of one's heart, mind and soul and how we can win these.

2. a movie I like is Shawshank redemption because no matter how bad things get, faith, hope and love always win.

3. I like Led Zeppelin's Third album because it has a range of emotions and topics that are relavent today as they were back then.

4. When will people learn to accept others faults and forgive others?

Dear Stu,
Pink Moon is awesome...i don't own it though! And going to pick your book to read first.

You my friend are loved. the real question here is when are you going to love that guy? cuz he deserves it! then all else will fall into place.

Anica,
Shawshank is an awesome story of patience and perserverance and the beauty in human nature isn't it? loved that movie.

zepplins always a classic. i had a conversation about that album this weekend at the SFM. funny you said this!

People will always be at odds with each other. and like i told stu, until they learn to love themselves as they are, its not going to spill over into the world. But how to get them to see that is the next issue, huh?

BOOK: A Thousand Days in Venice by Marlena De Blasi. A romance for grown-ups. And it includes yummy recipes.

MUSIC: Gino Vannelli's Canto. A bit inconsistent but would make a good soundtrack for the book.

MOVIE: You already know my answer to this one! But you need something rentable so I am going to go with the BBC comedy Coupling. I have never laughed out loud so often and so hard at any other show, ever.

QUESTION: You get to pick one person to design an outfit for you. Who would you choose and what type of outfit would it be (evening, casual, sexy, work, etc.)?

my designer would be giorgio armani! i would love a suited evening piece, sexy and sophisticated in navy. plus some lace see through bits to add the allure underneath the outer layers.

and a great pair of shoes by blahnik!

and thanks for the suggestions. i think coupling is a funny show, but i have only seen it once or twice.
